yeah i agree with with you because the life of expats in this country is very difficult but not impossible.

Education, today's world has knowledge economy. The same conciousness has been seen in Gulf leaders, they are investing in Education of their nation & import of technology.
Zaz is right. Education is the key to keeping the prosperity in the Gulf. Even if the leaders haven done a lot in this direction, however I dont see any medical or scientific breakthroughs coming from Dubai or the Gulf region or the Middle east as a whole. You hear about something new discovered in American or Canadian universities, German, British, French, Russian, Japanese but no Gulf... maybe some day but it looks like the Gulf is so far only consuming the creations of other coutnries, Of course the Gulf is a newly developing region, relatively new, just 40-50 years it was very poor in all respects, so maybe we need to give the Gulfites some more time
