Road Construction, is the Main Cause of Traffic Jams. But not only the Road Construction, if there is small accident or small things happened in these Dubai Roads it will be continue all the roads. So if there is small traffic starting it will be huge within a minute. If the Official take care of these small accidents the traffic jams can be control.
