logically, traffic should be eased but only time will show what will actually happen. Only 4 people can share a car and they have to get registered with the authorities. How many people will actually takes the steps to do it?
Why is encouraging illegal taxis an option? How will this new law ewncourage more illegal taxis?
already we see some illegal taxis on the fly. now car pooling will add. an illegal taxi driver can just register with 3/4 dummy passengers and there is not going to be any check each time he takes the ride. though this is not healthy, still it will only help to reduce traffic which is the ultimatum.
