drivers carelessness

speed alone does not kill people. It is carelessness and people without good
control over their vehices that are the cause of such accidents
even a driver travling at
10 km/h could cause major accidents as such. If a person driving at 160 km/h can
bring his car to a halt when needed then I wouldnt blame such
drivers..
