I was formerly working in DMC advertising/publishing company...and i found out what all people say is true and not just plain hearsay...Companies in DMC sucks...they pay late salaries and tend to fire you anytime they want.Employees dont have protection from this kind of people. The goverment (TICOM) should do something about this.Its quiet unfair for the employess working hard for them.

i'm sorry to say this but I guess you were just recently fired from one of the DMC companies, and you're now venting your frustration. maybe NOT ALL the Dmc companys are like that? actully, why only Dmc? why dMC? I'm not very well informed. Do they work udner other regulatory conditions, laws, etc??
i agree to seryozha point of view. any labour hardships can well be informed to the ministry and redressal can be sought. but i you work for someone whom you know before hand and to whom you cannot spoil your relationship, u have to undergo them. bcos under the ministry of labour, all workers are considered equal and they try support the rights of the employees. one or two might happen here and there like what the above post says, but not legally known outside.
