Mental harassment and partial stripping by the principal of a school to the lady employee.

For the past one month my friend was working for a school in Dubai “Smart Children’s Nursery” as Admin Officer and Secretary. Last day there was some money missing from the Principal by the evening. She was surely saying that she kept the money in the receipt book she gave to my friend previously and at the time of my friend leaving the office she confirmed herself that my friend took the money. She was harassing my friend personally for about four hours. My friend told her many times that she din took that. The principal was using all bad usages. My friend called her husband for a support and they agreed to call the Police to prove her sincerity but principal didn’t accept to do so, at last she partially stripped my friend with the help of her maid and searched my friend’s properties. But she was not able to find anything. My friend and her husband told her to check the room where my friend used to sit for further but she told she is tired and can’t check now. So my friend left home n came back to school the next day along with her husband. After so many calculations the principal told my friend that she remembered late night only that she gave the money to a parent as the refundable deposit and the principal told she owe a sorry to my friend. She told that so simply. I doubt whether she is a lady. How bad my friend felt. That was a question to the sincerity of my friend. Can anyone imagine standing in front of someone without clothes as a culprit? Does a simply sorry can solve all the mental agonies? There are so many bad things happening in that organisation. All employees are not getting the salaries correctly. Not issuing visas or renewals for the employees in time. Not providing appointment letter or labor ID for the employees. It is fully business and there is no proper care to the children from principal. She is just trying to fill the place and make her life luxury by using kid’s money. Just take care who knows about this nursery.
