The euro keeps plummeting reaching 1.3838 against the dollar early on during the London forex trading session. that is as low as it has gotten in the last few months. This was supposedly due to IMF's Lagarde saying that IMF and Eurozone officials are not yet ready to discuss the conditions of a second rescue package for the debt-ridden Greece.
