A friend of mine is being charged of storing or keeping an alcohol illegaly, which is a 50ml miniature botlle of alcohol as a gift/remembrance from a friend and not for consuming/drinking purposes, and she stays on her company provided accomodation, can anyone enlighten me if it is considered a crime to posses this 50ml Alcohol Miniature?
