How easy is to find a job in Dubai? As far as i know, you have big
salaries, but what about the prices? Is the salary enough to live there.

Job opportunities are there in Dubai, but living cost is too much. Too much trafic. Every time you are stuck in traffic.
At the end of the day it depends on what education you have. Just a graduate without any speciality in any field will take you nowhere. You will get peanuts and can just survive as a bachelor. But if you have good qualification, then you can really live a lavish life. Dubai is a place of extremes, there are people who just earn 700 bucks a month and then there are others whose bonuses runs in millions. Its your qualification which will decide which bracket you fit in.
