Hello there,
I was wondering if anybody could tell me the names of some famous arab or middle eastern meals, so I could order and try them. I have no idea and would like to dive into middle eastern cuisine while in Dubai.
thank you

What is forex? The forex market is where one currency is traded for another. It is the largest market in the world, not only in Dubai. You can learn a lot about the most famous city of the Emirates and its amazing airport and also tallest tower in the world. its amazing airport. You could try following their forex trading plan (at your own peril), or set up your own forex blog to better learn forex. That way, you can at least take note of the reasons for taking specific trades, what forex chart patterns they are looking at, and get some valuable forex tips from them. Don't forget about calculating the support and resistance area for the forex pairs you're following by using a Fibonacci calculator. This will help you immensely in your trading as most speculators will be looking at the same price levels, and you could possibly predict the moves of currency pairs.

hi queenrose, most of what you will see in Dubai are Lebanese cafeterias - they give a quick idea about food in the Middle east. You can order:
* Hoummus -it's a paste made from chickpeas and sesame seeds, and is most often used as a dip for the Arabic breads – it's a staple that goes with any meal.
* Wara enab are vine leaves stuffed with rice.
* Koussa mahshi - stuffed courgettes.
* Ghuzi - a whole roast lamb served on a bed of rice mixed with nuts and spices.
* Harees - a rich delicacy of slow-cooked wheat and tender lamb.
* Tabbouleh - a very healthy salad! (and one of my favorites, but I recognize it is an acquired taste for some people) It is very thinly chopped parsley, mint and crushed wheat.
* Also seafood (especially fish) is very popular. There is a great variety of fresh fish from the Gulf and the Indian Ocean -- crab, lobster, shrimp, hamour, tuna, pomfret, kingfish, and so on, so if you are into seafood - Dubai is a good place for you to enjoy it.
cheers!
if you interest in sweets you can try arabian desserts- Umm Ali pudding, and Mehalabiya pudding that has rose water and pistachios
well... with all those names up there, you've forgotten the ubiquitous SHAWARMA.
In case you are not acquainted with it, it is grilled shavings of lamb or chicken meat, served with some veggies and rolled inside a pocket of Arab pita bread. It is served fresh off the pits in eateries all over Dubai.
Don't forget the fresh juices on almost every street corner serving freshly squeezed fruit juice, and can combine several to make great shakes, if you ask.
