We have been looking at moving villas and cannot believe the state of some of the places we've seen, is anyone else surprised/ disgusted at the state in which some tenants have left their villas?
I know they are only rented but filth doesn't cover it!
villas in terrible condition... how can they put them on offer?

yes they can be in an awful state. I am more shocked that landlords do not make them more presentable before showing them to people.
Nobody that i know of ever rented brand new!!
It is the norm for many landlords to not clean the place, fix problems, re-paint etc. until someone else is renting.
