Most of the folks that I know here in Dubai skip breakfast. Perhaps it's because they are lazy or they don't have the time to eat properly rushing to work to make some money.
And some Arabs, especially Syrians and Lebanese just get by on coffee and cigarettes until dinner time.
So, question is do you get to eat a proper breakfast??

I eat breakfast like a king and dinner like a pauper, as the saying goes.
I think danoah can answer you about Lebanese and smoking. I myself don't smoke, eat proper breakfast, but I eat too much for lunch, so when I come back to work I feel slow coz no blood in my brain ha ha hah ha it's all in the stomach.
>>>i do not smoke too.
>>>breakfast is a common strategy for losing weight, but not a smart one. Many people believe that they will lose weight if they skip meals, but that just isn't true; the body expects to be refueled a few times each day -- starting with breakfast.
Actually, eating breakfast is good for weight loss. In fact, people who eat breakfast are more likely to maintain a healthy weight.
That's right. breakfast helps your body burn more carbohydrates and a balanced breakfast is important in losing weight. If you didn't eat until lunch, your body will try to keep its energy and thus will burn less during the day.
Whether for losing weight or not, eating in the morning is just normal and healthy. If you don't want a "heavy" English breakfast, maybe you could have some fruit.
I like having breakfast, brunch, lunch, an afternoon snack, dinner and something extra at night
>>>i need 2 days 2 finish all these kavalas...
I always have a healthy breakfast, otherwise I can not concentrate on work
I usually take a few bites on the go; most of the time I have a hard time getting out of home on time for work.
coffee and a couple of biscuits is all I need (and btw is typical Spanish breakfast, some people laugh at us,we don't eat for breakfast really
