hi, when i came to dubai I saw every body use seat belt and then I saw everybody abid by rules,but unfortunatly while ban on using cell while driving no body respect this law and cause a lot of deaths, rash driving,slow driving,distrub the traffic behind,unattended driving.

More than anything, educating motorists is the primary source to avoid accidents on such cases.
