HUsband Visa?

Me and my fiancee is about to get married soon.

We are both Muslims.

HE wants me to be under husband visa after the wedding.

BUt I have no idea if without NOC from my husband I will not be allowed to work in any company?

Is it true?

Does anybody knows anything about this issue?
