Utility costs for 3/4 bedroom villas

Does anyone have general costs for water and electric rates etc for living in a 3/4 bedroom villa. I am a family of 4 and have no idea of the general monthly/yearly costs of utilities and internet TV etc - any help would be appreciated...

ya for water and electricity max is 200 dhm and tv and internet is depended on whether its du or etisalat if du its per month 250 dhm
if u go for central a/c u can save the bill for water and electricity.for internet etisalat is best and can opt for alshamil for 24hrs daily. this is cheeper.
i think nobody takes care thosepeoples who are working for a private company

shag0786 - 200dhs max for a 3-4b/r villa?! wow .. where do people get prices like those?! especially with the increase of 20 to 30% ..
Lukrap - it varies really .. depending on ur consumption .. but for a 3 to 4 b/r villa with 4 people living in it .. it would be 800 and above .. TV would be included in the electricity bill lol
Regarding Internet and telephone .. we have two service providers .. which is Etisalat and Du (which newly opened, around 2 yrs at max) .. I would say go for Etisalat .. though Du is cheaper at times .. in the long run .. Etisalat has a more stable connection and not as many breakdowns as DU has ..
E-vision provides u a customizable package that starts from AEd 59 for a nominal channels package extending to more than AEd 200 for more channels depending upon ur language channels and sports and interest on movies. u get more details if u visit them. for water, 50% of ur usiage will be charged for sewarage(i hope so). for a villa we cant be sure. but for a family of four a minimum of AED 1000 u can keep for DEWA. internet, etisalat is best and u can choose between variety of package that will most suit u. approximately around AED 17000 minimum will be required for utilities and internet, TV + telephone bills upon ur usage with local calls not charged. hope some idea would have got with this. thanks
