Guys, does anyone know what sort of support they will receive in prison? Like, visits from relatives and friends? Do they give them enough to eat and drink in Dubai prisons?what's the system like?
(Before you ask me, NO, I do not plan on staying in a Dubai jail
Just curious what are the conditions.)

ha ha It's good you warned us. i was going to think you really want a 1-month all-expenses-paid stay in jail.
Well, as far as I know, they are treated fine - 3 meals a day - access to the phone is limited to once a week because they are 'sex offenders' - there is a shop 'canteen' there where they can make small purchases - they can shop 2 times a week. Every week-end they can receive visitors, for a bout 2 hrs at a time - men receive visitors on Fridays and women on Saturdays. So, yes, they will have a nice time to think before doing it again in a Muslim country.
i think if they don't have anyone to buy a ticket for them, they will stay there for as long as needed coz dubai government doesn't pay for deportation tickets.
she certainly has somebody with enough spare cash to lend her a hand in these circumstances and buy her a ticket. so that's not a problem. problem is she appeared in an interview looking quite forlorn, said she took baths from a bucket, the shower doesn't work regularly and that there are too many women per 1 bathroom.... so I don't think Sally Antia is having a good time (not as good as the time she had with her lover immediately before the police arrested her in front of the 5-star hotel
And when she gets back home with her lover the nasty sensationalist media will be all over them - "Dubai sex offenders back home"
Well, at least they will be going home. they were sentence to 2 months. Imagine if they had been sentence to 2 years
