help!! looking for a good restaurant for a romantic dinner with my wife

Dear friends,
Can you suggest a good restaurant (but really good! and money is not an object in this case) for a romantic dinner? You know, soft lights, nice music, more privacy..

i'd say go to The Dhow at Mina Seyahi beach resort... great fish, super service and awesome views even of the Atlantis Hotel
the Dhow is really good, especially the unique feeling of having dinner on a boat, and there was quite a lot of space between the tables.. for privacy i mean. but I like the Glass house at the Hilton (Dubai Creek) better - a really excellent all-round experience
Pierchic at Madinat Jumeirah, their phone was 4 3668888 a few months back..(i still remember the good time (and food) I had there
