Guys. tell me your opinion about Dubai Metro?
With all the news about it, do you think it is accident-prone and all , having in mind it will be fully automated, without a driver? It will be cool to see it, I think, but still what if a glich happens and is cause of an accident...
well yeah a little bit sppooky but i hope the fact that it's made my the Japanese who are experts in automation doesn't give me much to worry about
Well I too do have my concerns, especially about the underground part of the metro. It is a bit scary when one thinks of it. With so many accidents happening whats the gurantee we have? Faith that nothing will happen?
The important question is "will it really help in reducing the traffic jams in Dubai?" I think maybe if there was a comparison between the no. of upcomming highrise buildings and the traffic they'd be generating then we'll be able to asses if it'll really work. Apperantly to the naked eye it appears it may do very little to help ease down the traffic mess.
