Please give some suggestions for a beach park or a theme park like the Wild Wadi or Dreamland or a beach resort of sorts? Is there anything like that in Fujairah?

Fujairah is very serene and quiet - you don't go there to themed adventure parks. That's Dubai's focus. In Fujairah you escape the noise and stress of the big city, you can relax. Of course, you can do some things, like dolphin watching, or snorkelling (on Snoopy Island). You can go to Khor Fakkan where you can picnic in the mangroves with all the turtles around there. (Actually, Khor Fakkan is territory of Dubai even though it is not connected to it.)
Also....on Friday afternoons you can watch bull butting - it's funny,really. The locals let the bulls head butt one another for some time they choose a winner
