i'd like to punch any taxi driver who tries deceive me AND NOT PAY HIM (but my personality is kind of sweet so I had never been able to do that)

Punch nobody. I don't want to hurt anybody because of momentary anger . But for things I regret having done (or NOt done) I could punch MYSELF
When ur angry, cool urself to decide whether to punch or slap. once decided, think how u felt when u felt urself cool. now decide your action.
Most probably you will neither slap nor punch if you cool off vaidhee. i guess thats what you mean
