I was wondering whether to put this under Fun Stuff or under Culture, Politics and Religion. I think both, but it's really more funny than political. My Arabic is very basic and I understand something, it's a session of Kuwait's parliament to discuss the education system but apparently nobody cares, Anyway you don't need to understand Arabic in order to laugh like crazy, The fun part is after minute 3:30 The guy who has done the montage with the sound effects is a genius. Enjoy.
