Lebanon's Crisis - who's really behind it?

Sometimes I wonder if drug-dealers have their activity maintained and supported by people who's got influences and power; as, for example, politicians, richmen, great entrepeneurs... for, in the other hand, these little groups could never last for much time... I started this talk using these kind of example because I would like to question why these so-called terrorist groups get to mess , or even destroy, so much people's life, and the goverments simply do not anything to put an end to this... To sum up, are our world-wide leaders well intentioned to make people's life comfortable? Aren't they interest to keep these groups on the run? Aren't these groups (drug-dealers and terrorists) just a mass of manoeuvre to help these governments keeping their control upon the world-wide economy?
