Hello, I need to get a notary public attestation for my degree certificates and other educational documents, which I need for immigration to Canada. Where can I do this, do you know? And how much would it cost me?

Go to the Traffic department

Go to the Traffic department building between MOE and the Gold and Diamond Park, there's a notary there. I know for certain that they notarise all sorts of documents for use within the UAE, however as you will need them for use abroad, I guess you should get in touch with the Canadian Embassy. As to the costs, I don't know the specific rates but it's not too expensive. try to get there early in the morning (around 8) lest you want to wait in a queue.
