Hi everyone,
Why is that the real estate agents are not free to rent their residential apartments to bachelors or working executives? though one or two might get with, the rest suffer a lot even when they come to know there is vacant that too very near to their workplace and comfortable in every aspect. Though, i think, the government order is only restricted to villas to be rented to bachelors. Is there any particular reason or any other formalities to be complied with by bachelors to rent an apartment?
