Allergies ? Advice needed please help ? ?

Hi,

My Nose is constantly congested, and the Nasal Mucus is always different colours, Green, Clear, Orange etc...
I have told my GP and he says its due to Allergies, and to use Beconase
Nasal Spray.
It helps slightly, but still feels congested.
For instance this morning, i went outside for 10 min's and came inside and sneezed for at least 2 minutes, and it cleared my nose !
I take Loratadine every day, and use the spray every day, but still congested and sneezing.
Also, i have had recently a Sleep Apnea Test, overnight to monitor my Breathing , Oxygen Levels etc...
As i wake up with a very dry mouth, and extremely tired every day, could this all be related ???
Professional advice please ??
